Overview
The side-mounted JCB engine combines with JCB axles and transmission to ensure a reliable drivetrain performance from well-proven telescopic loader components. For added versatility, high utilisation and extra investment value, we offer a large attachments range. This telescopic handler also has instant steering selection between three modes for easy operation, single-lever servo controls, a tight turn radius and great manoeuvrability.
UNRIVALLED RUNNING TIME
Fluid filters (engine oil, hydraulic oil and fuel) are centrally located for fast, easy servicing. The air filter is easily accessible too, and its double-element design simplifies cleaning; yet another reason why JCB Construction telehandlers have best-in-class SAE serviceability ratings.
All daily checks and greasing on the JCB 531-70 industrial telehandler can be performed at ground level. It's also easy to fill the diesel and AdBlue tanks from ground level, with both tanks equipped with pre-filters in the filler necks to guard against dirt and contaminants.
UNRIVALLED COST OF OWNERSHIP
JCB's innovative Clean Burn technology helps DieselMAX run without the exhaust after-treatments like DPFs. Benefits include the fact that you don't have to worry about costly time-consuming DPF regeneration and replacement.
By producing high levels of power and torque even at engine speeds as low as 1300rpm, DieselMAX can provide fuel-efficient matching of transmission and hydraulics.
UNRIVALLED SAFETY AND SECURITY
A low boom profile and low boom pivot make for excellent rearward visibility on the JCB 531-70 industrial telehandler, likewise the full set of side and rear-view mirrors. Because DieselMAX doesn't use a DPF, the bonnet line is lower, improving both visibility and manoeuvrability.
The package comprises a JCB LiveLink telematic GPS vehicle tracker.
The cab is Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) and Falling Objects Protection System (FOPS) certified, so operators are safe at all times.
To protect bystanders, a reverse alarm is standard-fit on the JCB 531-70 IND.
Hose burst check valves (HBCVs) are fitted as standard to the rams, preventing a collapse in the event of hose failure.
LiveLink tracking provides valuable real-time machine location data. Geofencing alerts help to ensure your machine is only used in specified areas.
UNRIVALLED COMFORT AND EASE OF USE
The backlit switches on a JCB 531-70 industrial telehandler are crystal clear, even in the dark. And new instruments and a hi-res TFT screen form an intuitive automotive-style layout.
To create the perfect driving position, opt for the easily adjustable tilting telescopic steering column.
A 7-speed fan heater creates the most comfortable, productive operator environment on board this telescopic handler.
Visibility is excellent, courtesy of direct glazing, a large roof screen and standard-fit tinted cab glass.
Roof bars are strategically placed for maximum visibility when placing at height. Choose cab, front and rear lights for ultimate visibility.
