The role:
We are currently looking for an additional parts team member in our busy Mackay branch in a full-time role, Monday – Friday.

Reporting to the Parts Manager as an integral member of the Mackay team, you will provide support and advice to our highly valued customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements. 

Responsibilities include:

• Completion of parts sales orders
• Maintenance of the back-order system
• Stock control
• Invoicing
• Service batch picking/packing

The role requires:

• A technical savvy individual who is confident to learn and use multiple systems, including MS Office applications
• Spare parts knowledge and/or previous experience
• Technical knowledge of diesel engines or automotive industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
• Computer competent – accurate keyboard skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
